Hallo Kitten,
die Heiratsurkunde wird in 5 Sprachen ausgestellt, ist also international. Diese wird natürlich in den USA anerkannt.
Das mit dem Visum sollte davon eigentlich unabhängig sein, das hängt davon ab, welche Art von Visum du als Deutsche haben möchtest.
